Shoot schedule and shot list

SHOOT SCHEDULE AND SHOT LISTS

A shoot schedule is exactly what it sounds. It is a schedule for when you are shooting certain scenes and what you will need for the shoot as well as who is needed and who isn't. It is important to do this in advance in order to inform the cast and crew so that they can make sure they are available.

These will be the scenes where Gareth Potter talks about himself and his profession whilst a voice from another room orders him around. This voice will be performed on set but may be rerecorded later and edited over the scene.

Professional shirt for costume and keys and folder full of work

James Davies (JJ)

Gareth will be introduced here and ambushed by the cameras in the scene. He will then struggle to open the door due to having his hands full whilst also mocking the camera crew as they aren’t allowed to help.

Thomas’ living room

30/1/21

2 hours

Same costumes. Coffee and paper work and student work to be marked.

James Davies

(JJ)

Whilst marking work Gareth spills his coffee ruining all the work that he was supposed to mark that he had procrastinated on doing and then he has a hilarious panic over the fact that he will most likely be in deep trouble.

A shot list goes with each scheduled shoot and is a guide as to what needs to be accomplished in the shoot to remain on schedule and not miss any scenes. Here is the shot list.

I have made these as they are essential for production and will be used on the day to remain organized and shoot the film to the highest standard possible. I used the storyboard and script as a reference for what shots are required and discussed with all the staff (cast/crew) when the most convenient times where for the schedule. This is another step which is important to make the production run smooth with little difficulties.
